ECE Substitutes is hiring Flexible Floater Teachers to support infant, toddler, preschool, and Pre-K classrooms. This position is ideal for experienced early childhood educators who want to stay in the classroom without committing to a fixed weekly schedule.

You choose your availability and can pick from various schedules, locations, and shifts based on what works for you.

What You’ll Do

• Provide support across infant through Pre-K classrooms
• Assist with classroom routines, activities, meals, transitions, and supervision
• Follow the daily schedule and expectations of each program
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom
• Adapt comfortably to different classrooms and age groups

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of early childhood classroom experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working across age groups
• Must meet applicable background check and state requirements
